CSKT Tribal Member and Non-CSKT Tribal Member Proposed Regulation Changes March 1, 2027 through February 28, 2028

The Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes announces the availability of the
March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2028 Ordinance 44D Hunting, Fishing and
Recreation Regulations for CSKT Members and Non-CSKT Members proposed
changes. The Tribal Council welcomes comments from the public on these
proposed changes.
We ask that all comments be submitted via letter or email, no later than 5:30 on
Monday, August 17 th , 2026. There will be an in-person public hearing from 4:00-
5:00pm on Thursday, August 13 th , 2026 at the CSKT Permit office, at 406 6 th
Avenue East, Polson, Montana 59860.
