LEGAL NOTICE
TERRY FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION
This notice is intended to be a correction of the notice published on 02/12/2026, which
incorrectly stated Flathead Lake. This project impacts the 100-year floodplain of Swan
Lake.
Robert and Kathryn Terry have applied for a floodplain development permit to include the
following activities within the area designated as the 100-year floodplain of Swan Lake: after-the-
fact placement and removal of fill and restoration within the 100-year floodplain of Swan Lake, in
conjunction with after-the-fact lakeshore construction permits #L-2025-323 and L-2025-324, as
well as Army Corps No Permit Required# NWO-2025-01168-MTM. The proposal includes a
property legally described as amended lots 20 and 21 on the amended plat of lots 20 and 21 of
Cygnet Ranch Subdivision, located within section 24, T26N, R19W.
Information regarding the proposals is available from the Lake County Planning Dept. All written
and verbal comments are welcome and will be considered. The deadline to submit comments is
