****JUNIOR POLICE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY****
We are excited to announce that the 2025 Application process for the Junior Police Leadership Academy is underway. This academy is open to any high school student, with preference to be given to first time attendees going into 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.
Any vacancies will then be given to graduating seniors or repeat attendees. Unfortunately, students currently in 8th grade do not qualify.
The Junior Police Leadership Academy (JPLA) will be held at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy from July 20-26, 2025.
Attached is the 2025 JPLA Application form, which includes additional information such as the background/reference form.
Please ensure that applicants complete the entire application and submit an essay explaining their interest in participating in JPLA. Applications must be returned by April 18, 2025, and can be emailed to montanajpla@gmail.com.
