Proposed Changes to Local Rules for the 20th Judicial District Court

At the request of Judge Owen and Judge Mercer you will find attached a proposed restatement of the Local Rules for the 20^th Judicial District Court. Among the proposed changes are a mediation requirement for all civil cases and a uniform Zoom policy. The Judges are inviting you to comment on this proposed restatement and suggest additions, corrections, deletions, clarifications, etc.   They ask that you submit your input by August 15^th to their Judicial Assistants, Chantel Wold McCauley and Shari Puryer:Reinstatement of Local Rules-1
