The Board of Lake County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at
2 pm in the Office of the Lake County Commissioners, Room 211 of the Lake County Courthouse
(virtual attendance is an option) on the following item:
FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
On October 8, 2025, the Lake County Planning Board held a public hearing to review proposed
amendments to the Lake County Planning Department fee schedule. The amendments include
adjusting after the fact fees for regulation violations and adjustments to the subdivision fees. The
Planning Board recommended that the Board of Lake County Commissioners adopt the amendments
with the modifications made during the meeting.
The Board of Lake County Commissioners will review the Planning Staff’s proposal with the Planning
Board’s recommendation, and all public comments during a public meeting. All written and verbal
comments are welcome and will be forwarded to the board for their consideration. Please contact the
